I came in one morning with not appt for a flat tire. Service was really busy. But Herman Simpson took it on himself to make sure I was in and out in an hour. I was not a customer of this dealership, but I am now. This was my nanny car and she needed for groceries and picking up my wife’s laundry. So time was of the most importance.
